Article summary: LeaseUp revamps its PDF Designer to offer faster load times and real-time updates, enhancing the customization of client deliverables. The updated features include new page layout options, drag-and-drop ordering for building and space fields, customizable cover images, and client logo integration. These improvements aim to provide brokers with more flexibility and efficiency in creating professional PDFs.

At LeaseUp, we love giving brokers the tools they need to deliver the best client experience, in whatever format they need. Today, we’re excited to announce updates to our PDF Designer that give you more options for customizing your PDFs.

Reengineered for a faster and more customizable experience

The PDF Designer has been reengineered from the ground up. This means faster PDF preview load times and real time updates when collaborating with team members. With the new system in place, we can start giving you more ways to work with PDFs in LeaseUp. The first of these new experiences is page layouts.

Layouts give your team more page design options

In the updated PDF Designer, you will now see a layout’s menu at the top of the settings panel. Each page type has different layout options to choose from, with many more in the works. The new page designs give you different options for presenting market data to clients, with designs that can support a wider range of content.

What else is new…

➡️ Set the order of building and space fields on the detail pages with a simple drag/drop interface.

➡️ Pick which building and space fields show on the detail pages by toggling show/hide on each field.

➡️ Add a custom image to the cover page or select one from our library of images organized by asset class.

➡️ Add your client’s logo to the PDF by uploading the logo image from the settings drawer and choosing whether to show it on every page of the PDF or not.

➡️ PDF settings are now saved, eliminating the need to redo any work.

➡️ Empty PDF pages are automatically excluded from export so your deliverables don’t feel incomplete.
