We’ve been working on improving LeaseUp with one goal in mind: to help brokers get more deals done. Today, we’re excited to announce three new features: a redesigned homepage, client projects, and My Stuff. These features are just the beginning of the new LeaseUp experience we will be rolling out over the next few months.

Stay on top of what’s going on with your new homepage

On LeaseUp’s new homepage you’ll see all your work in one place. The first step in setting up your new homepage is to organize your existing surveys into client projects.

Organize your surveys with projects

Projects are the new way to organize your work in LeaseUp. Projects keep the whole team on the same page and move deals forward faster. From your home page, you’ll see a list of projects that show the project name, client, search requirements, and current status of each project. Coming soon, we’ll have a feed that shows all of the messages and activity happening across all of your projects.

Get started by creating your first project

Set up your home page by creating a new project, or by moving existing surveys into a project from the new My Stuff section of the app, accessed from the updated menu in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Better organization with client projects

The new projects page is designed with collaboration and organization in mind. Keep all of the surveys for the project in one place, add search requirements, and track status from search to signature.

Add your project team

Sharing surveys with your clients is now done at the project level, so any changes or additions to the project are shared with everyone at once. To start collaborating, add members of the project team from the team icon at the top of the project navigation.

Organize your deals by client

You can now add your client’s name, address, and branding to LeaseUp, so that this information shows up on project pages and in My Stuff. Coming soon, we’ll have dedicated client pages that will show you all of the work happening for a client across your firm.

See all of your work in My Stuff

My Stuff collects everything you’ve created in LeaseUp, from projects, to surveys, to clients. Think of it as your personal workspace, where you can add, edit, or delete your stuff in LeaseUp. Get started with projects by moving some of your existing surveys into a new project.
