Joe Langhoff uses LeaseUp to deliver superior surveys

“LeaseUp is easy to use, both for the broker, their support team, and the end client”

Joe Langhoff, Real Estate Advisor at Colliers, does a mix of landlord and tenant representation for both local and national clients with locations across Wisconsin.

Keeping his clients up to date on the latest market info is essential to his work. In the past Joe used a clunky combination of multiple software tools to compile, edit, and share surveys, which took hours and resulted in PDFs that didn’t look very good and were so big they’d bounce emails. Now he uses LeaseUp to create professional, interactive surveys that help him get more deals done.

"There's an ease of use on both our end and their end."

Fewer emails and bottlenecks thanks to centralized communication

Prior to using LeaseUp, a 10-property PDF survey would regularly run over a hundred pages. Their sheer length made the client communication process slower. Using LeaseUp, Joe now sends the survey as a link that the client can click and interact with. Cutting the need to send/download and scroll through each page of a PDF has reduced the number of emails and time spent manually creating the survey files. "The product LeaseUp generates is so much better."

Digital surveys cut down on client back-and-forth, streamline tours

LeaseUp gives Joe quick input that saves time throughout the site selection process. “When you give a marketing brochure to someone, whatever's on the page is on the page. It's tough to get dialogue out of a client."

LeaseUp collects client feedback more efficiently, and streamlines tours. “If the client was going to bring 5 people to answer 5 questions, they might be able to bring 2 people now, because those other two had their questions answered just by looking at the pictures or what was on that survey.”

An interactive survey and shareable link for the client

Based in Milwaukee, Joe works with clients seeking spaces across other cities in Wisconsin. Sending a single link for multi-city surveys instead of individual PDFs is another huge asset, and one that clients love. "For [clients] to see something that's super easy and interactive for them to use, and they can easily share it with their colleagues — it was a no-brainer for us."
