Making polished, well-designed PDFs shouldn’t require switching between different software or learning the ins and outs of a complicated PDF maker.

LeaseUp’s PDF creation tool has a useful group of settings that lets you customize PDFs with a simple and intuitive interface, based on data-rich surveys built with the LeaseUp CRE deal platform.

PDF settings give your team more control over how you present your data to clients

Page types give you different options for the page content so you can select the best way to present data to your client. Each page type (for example: cover page, map page) has its own group of settings in the settings panel to the right of the PDF preview.

Cover page

LeaseUp includes several default designs for how the cover page displays, including your firm’s logo and the names of the brokers/team members responsible for the survey. You can easily upload a custom image here.

Map page

There are three layout options for how a map displays, depending on the amount of detail you want to provide on this page. You can also show the map at three different levels of zoom, providing more or less surrounding area for context.

Summary page

You can customize the number of buildings that appear per page in an up-front summary, and toggle which fields you want to display in the side-by-side comparison. All of these fields are automatically pulled from the survey’s building page.

Building and space pages

The building pages in a LeaseUp PDF provide a concise summary of each building. The PDF creator tool lets you choose between cropping building photos or scaling them to fit.

The more data and photos your buildings have in the survey, the more customization options you’ll have when creating a PDF. For example, you can choose a building photo as a divider page that gives the PDF deliverable a more designed feel.

Each space gets its own details page, and you have flexible options for displaying individual space data, similar to the building pages. You can also add as many photos and floor plans as you need per space.
